Mollner Mental Health

Because people are multi-faceted, my approach to therapy integrates strategies to address the body, thoughts, emotions, relationships and behavior, which I believe promotes sustainable change.   Often, we can “know better” but struggle to “do better” consistently  when approaching the difficulty only at the level of thinking and doing.  As a Psychologist I enjoy helping people heal from past hurts, gain freedom, cultivate joy, work their way through difficult circumstances and enjoy nourishing relationships.

Traditional length therapy sessions often do not allow enough room for deeper exploration and can feel frustrating when the session comes to an end.  Longer sessions are available to enhance the therapeutic experience and support deep healing, growth and progress.

Individual and couples intensives offer a retreat experience to help you make more progress in two days than over the course of months of traditional therapy.
